Others such as Colgate-Palmolive have come up with dog food that can help your pooch lose weight. Beneful also has not been left behind on coming up with healthy and high quality foods. The Beneful company boasts of a variety of dog foods products including Dry Dog Food, wet dog food, and Dog treats. All these products contain either real meat, real salmon, real chicken or eggs. They believe in filling every bowl with goodness and the joy of happiness. These companies’ strategies appear to be working. In 2009, the sales of premium dog food increased to 45 percent to $10.5 billion in the U.S which now accounts for more than half of the market.
