Julie Zuckenberg is an accomplished talent acquisition leader at Deutsche Bank. She was educated at the City University of New York-Brooklyn College in philosophy. She applies her education in her job of evaluating who would be best to work for the company. She has acquired many skills like employee training, mentoring, recruitment strategies and economic empowerment.

 

One of her first jobs in the HR field was for Hudson. She worked as a Director of Candidate Placement for the law firm. She recruited qualified attorneys, case managers and other support staff. She was responsible for explaining job duties, working conditions and company benefits. She was also responsible for overseeing legal compliance with local laws.

 

In 2007, she moved on to Citi Global Functions as an executive recruiter. She was responsible for recruiting directors and managers for much of her career at the company. She was an advisor to the senior staff on how to take advantage of certain recruiting and compensation trends. She was responsible for international talent seeking. She was also in charge of fee negotiation from talent search firms.

 

In 2011, she had also been moved over to Citi Global Consumer Bank to carry out new responsibilities. She still maintains recruitment for the legal and compliance departments of the company. She had also learned to take advantage of online resources and social media to aid in the recruitment process.

 

In 2013, she signed on with New York Life Insurance Company as a Hire Recruiting Lead. She handled all nationwide hiring for experienced roles for the company. She planned out all of the recruitment strategies and offer developments. She worked alongside with senior staff to understand the recruitment needs of the company.

 

In 2014, she was an executive recruiter for US Talent Acquistion. She managed recruitment for a wide variety of corporations and business fields. She created recruitment strategies for the management of different companies to meet certain demands. She would lead the way to meet recruitment objectives of their projects.

 

Her Executive Talent Acquisition Lead role at Deutsche Bank has been her latest and most successful gig. Since 2015, she has taken on a wide variety of responsibilities for this mega-bank. She collaborates with affiliated clients from multiple types of industries. She also maintains the primary recruitment operations of the company.

 

Of course, Julia has more interests other than just her corporate life. She has fond love for animals, as you can see in her Instagram profile picture. She has spent some time volunteering and contributing to charitable organizations as well.
